📄 Ready-to-print file: Upload instructions

Alternatively to creating an individual label in our online editor, you can upload a print-ready file (PDF or raster graphic, 300 dpi, CMYK color mode) you created for your private label product. Use the Google Chrome browser to access all functions. For precise positioning of elements, we recommend using a PC or laptop with an HD monitor.

Please note: The mandatory legal information in the label templates must not be covered or obscured. After uploading, place your design completely in the background in the online editor.

Template files for design in a graphics program are available for download at the bottom of this page (EPS files). The mandatory legal information is already included. In this case, after uploading, place your design completely in the foreground in the online editor.

Please be sure to observe the restrictions below for processing vector files.

Uploading files (.png, .jpg, .svg, .pdf)

By default, you can upload the following files:

Raster graphics (images): Accepted formats are .png and .jpg with a maximum file size of 5 MB. Please ensure a sufficiently high resolution for 300 dpi print quality. If the resolution is not sufficient, you will receive a warning message and can reduce the element to an appropriate size. Alternatively: Re-upload the element with a higher resolution.
Vector files: Supported formats are .svg and .pdf with a maximum size of 2 MB. Please observe the following restrictions for processing vector files.

Restrictions for processing vector files (.svg, .pdf)

Outlines and gradients are not supported and are automatically removed after uploading the vector file.
Ensure that strokes are expanded and only solid colors are used before uploading the file.
The following SVG elements are not supported: clipPath, mask, filter.
An SVG/PDF file can contain a maximum of 3,000 elements and up to 50 bitmap images.
Please note that exporting an image as a .pdf does not convert it into a vector file; it remains a raster file.
PDFs exported from Canva are not supported. Only files in .jpg and .png format from Canva can be used.

Label Sizes

50 ml Label: 96 x 70 mm + 3 mm bleed all around = 102 x 76 mm.
Corresponds to 1206 × 900 pixels for 300 dpi.
100 ml Label: 121 x 80 mm + 3 mm bleed all around = 127 x 86 mm.
Corresponds to 1500 × 1017 pixels for 300 dpi.
500 ml Label: 192 x 147 mm + 5 mm bleed all around = 202 x 157 mm.
Corresponds to 2387 × 1856 pixels for 300 dpi.
1000 ml Label: 240 x 170 mm + 5 mm bleed all around = 250 x 180 mm
Corresponds to 2,953 × 2,126 pixels for 300 dpi.
