The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

Shipping via parcel service (shipping of items in multiple boxes)
- Orders from 0 to 15 kg = €14.90
- Orders over 15 kg up to 22.5 kg = €21.90
- Orders over 22.5 to 30 kg = €28.90
- Orders over 30 to 37.5 kg = €35.90
- Orders over 37.5 to 45 kg = €42.90
- Orders over 45 to 52.5 kg = €49.90
- Orders over 52.5 to 60 kg = €56.90
- Orders over 60 to 67.5 kg = €63.90
- Orders over 67.5 to 75 kg = €70.90
- Orders over 75 to 90 kg = €77.90
- Orders over 90 to 120 kg = €91.90
- Orders over 120 to 150 kg = €112.90
- Orders over 150 to 180 kg = €133.90

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Shipping via freight forwarding company (shipping of items on pallets)
- Pallet up to 300 kg: 121.30 euros
- Pallet up to 500 kg: 147.50 euros

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 14 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

What is Private Label / White Label?

Products from a manufacturer are sold as private label – or white label – products.
designated as those sold under the trademark (private label) of another party
The company will be launched on the market.

Can I order fewer than 100 pieces?

No, the minimum order quantity is 100 units per product. For example, 100 units of car shampoo, 100 units of wheel cleaner, etc. Economical production is not possible with quantities below 100 units per product , due in part to fixed costs for machine setup and changeover times. Therefore, for example, combining 50 units of car shampoo and 50 units of wheel cleaner to reach the minimum order quantity of 100 units is not possible.

How long does production take, including shipping?

We typically deliver your individual private label product within:

Do you also deliver abroad / within Europe?

Currently, delivery is only available within Germany. Deliveries abroad are being prepared.

How can I design my own label?

Our online editor is very easy to use and even shows you a 3D preview of the label. Basic knowledge of Paint or PowerPoint is recommended. For best results, we recommend designing on a computer.

Can I create an image for the label using AI?

Yes. You can create an image for the front cover using a free image generator (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canvas, etc.) and upload it to the online editor.
We provide you with a prompt as an example – you choose the style, title and other content entirely according to your wishes:

Create an image at 300 dpi, JPG format. Size: 75mm wide and 157mm high.

Logo (add an image)
Title (e.g., your brand or product title)
Subtitles (optional)
Graphics and style (e.g., a graphic of a car in a 60s style)
Below (recommended quantity of contents, e.g. 500 ml)

Is my label okay?

Don't worry. You can complete your order, and we'll check every label you've designed or uploaded in the editor. If anything is missing or doesn't fit, we'll contact you before production begins.

What happens to my uploaded print file?

We check every print file you upload. If anything is missing or incorrect, we will contact you. Otherwise, you will receive your product filled and labeled.

Are there legal regulations for cleaning and care products?

Yes. In Germany and the EU, there are legal regulations that must be followed. The products are subject to mandatory registration. It is particularly important that all mandatory information regarding product safety and for poison control centers is included. We have already taken care of these registrations for you and integrated the mandatory information into the label templates – so you don't need to worry about anything.
