Right of withdrawal for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered as a single order;

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately ;

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods which are delivered in several partial shipments or items ;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CLEAN Company Systemzentrale GmbH, Schulstr. 2, 74251 Lehrensteinsfeld, telephone number: +49 (0)7134-13825-0, email address: info@cleancompany.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract . This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 145.00.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

bezeichnet, die unter der Handelsmarke (Eigenmarke) eines anderen

Kann ich weniger als 100 Stück pro Produkt bestellen?

Nein, die Mindest-Bestellmenge beträgt 100 Stück pro Produkt. Z.B. 100 Stück Autoshampoo, 100 Stück Felgenreiniger,... Unter 100 Stück pro Produkt ist eine wirtschaftliche Produktion nicht möglich, u.a. aufgrund von Fixkosten bei Maschinen-Einrichtungen und Rüstzeiten. Daher ist z.B. auch eine Kombination von 50 Stück Autoshampoo und 50 Stück Felgenreiniger nicht möglich, um die Mindest-Bestellmenge von 100 Stück zu erreichen. Bis zu 1.000 Stück pro Produkt sind direkt hier im Online-Shop bestellbar.

Unser Online-Editor ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und zeigt Ihnen auch eine Vorschau des Etiketts. Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Grafik und bei der Bedienung von einfachen Grafik-Programmen oder PowerPoint sollten vorhanden sein.

Alternativen:

Lassen Sie das Etikett druckfertig erstellen. Z.B. von einem Freelancer, einem Grafik-Büro oder einer Agentur. Alle erforderlichen Informationen und Vorlagen finden Sie hier.

Ja. In Deutschland und der EU gibt es gesetzliche Bestimmungen, die eingehalten werden müssen. Die Produkte sind meldepflichtig. Besonders wichtig: Alle Pflichtangaben zur Produkt-Sicherheit und für Giftnotrufzentralen müssen vorhanden sein. Diese Anmeldungen haben wir bereits für Sie erledigt und die Pflichtangaben in die Etiketten-Vorlagen integriert – Sie müssen sich also um nichts kümmern.

Kann ich mir Produkte wünschen, die nicht im Shop sind?

Ja. Sie können uns Ihr Wunsch-Produkt über ein Formular mitteilen, und wir prüfen, ob wir es für Sie produzieren können.
