🖼️ Upload files (images, logos, graphics) for labels

Please note: The legally required information in the label templates must not be obscured or covered by images, graphics, or text. Use the Google Chrome browser to access all features. For precise positioning of the elements, we recommend using a PC or laptop with an HD monitor.

Upload of files (images, logos, graphics)

When creating custom designs, you can upload the following files by default:

- Raster graphics (images):

  • Supported formats: .png and .jpg
  • File size limit: 5 MB
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
If the resolution is insufficient, you will receive a warning message and can resize the element to a suitable size. Alternatively, re-upload the element with a higher resolution.

- Vector files

  • Supported formats: .svg, .pdf
  • File size limit: 2 MB
  • Editing: The size and colors of the graphic elements can be changed using our online editor.

Limitations for vector files:

  • Outlines and gradients are not supported and will be automatically removed after uploading the vector file. Ensure that outlines are expanded and only solid colors are used before uploading. If the gradient is important to you, upload a different format, such as PNG or JPG.
  • The following SVG elements are not supported: clipPath, mask, filter.
  • An SVG/PDF file can contain a maximum of 3,000 elements and up to 50 bitmap images .
  • Please note that exporting an image as a .pdf does not convert it to a vector file; it remains a raster file. Furthermore , PDFs exported from Canva are not supported . Only .jpg and .png files from Canva can be used.
